Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering technical support for DNC and CNC machine monitoring systems, encompassing PLC and networking hardware along with SQL-based software management. The position demands a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting support for machine monitoring systems in the field.
• Manage and resolve client issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLC), networking devices, and SQL database software.
• Engage with customers effectively to understand and fulfill support requirements.
• Conduct local and extensive travel across India and potentially overseas, including long-term stays, to service clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess technical knowledge of PLCs, networking hardware, and SQL-based software.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Must own and be proficient in operating a two-wheeler with a valid license; driving a car is a beneficial addition.
• Readiness for extensive travel within India and potentially to far eastern countries; possession of a valid passport is advantageous.
• Own a personal laptop, demonstrating commitment and passion for exceptional service.
