Facilities Operations Manager

About the Role

The Conroy School is seeking a proactive Facilities Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the campus. This role involves managing housekeeping services, transport logistics, campus maintenance, vendor relationships, inventory, and other operational requirements to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead housekeeping and maintenance personnel.
• Perform daily inspections of the campus premises to maintain standards.
• Coordinate the timely repair and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, and general campus infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee supply chains, and maintain inventory of operational stores.
• Supervise three school buses along with assigned drivers and attendants.
• Monitor bus routes, schedules, GPS tracking, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation including insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and pollution compliance are up to date.
• Address transport-related complaints and coordinate emergency transport measures as needed.
• Provide logistical support for school events and assorted operational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in managing facilities, school administration, transport, hospitality, healthcare, or campus operations is essential.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for effective communication.
• Willingness and availability to work on-site at Khammam location is required.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
