Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead the operations and upkeep of expansive residential high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall facilities management of residential towers and communities.
• Ensure effective delivery of both hard and soft facilities management services through internal teams and contracted vendors.
• Supervise maintenance activities for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire and life safety, and building systems.
• Evaluate contractor performance, monitor KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Develop and oversee operational budgets and maintenance schedules.
• Guarantee all operations comply with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Lead initiatives for asset preservation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate communications with residents, property management, and Owners Association representatives.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and proposals for senior management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Facilities Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record managing residential high-rise properties with over 500 units.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) covering both hard and soft service areas.
• Experience in managing facilities management service providers, contracts, budgeting, and service delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and statutory compliance.
• Prior involvement with Owners Associations will be considered advantageous.
