Role Overview

The Fabricator role based full-time on-site in Tirana entails interpreting technical blueprints and specifications to measure, cut, and assemble materials using appropriate tools and techniques. Daily responsibilities include operating fabrication instruments, welding or fastening parts, carrying out finishing tasks like grinding and deburring, and conducting quality and accuracy checks on finished components. Maintaining tools and following all safety protocols are essential, as is teamwork with supervisors and coworkers to fulfill production deadlines. Additional duties may comprise assisting with material logistics, managing parts inventory, and recording work progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with metal fabrication methods including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Competency in safely operating hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards, measurement instruments, and tolerance requirements.
• Heightened awareness of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Good physical endurance and fine motor skills to handle fabrication tasks effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work productively within a workshop team.
