About RK Agroexport
Established in 2011 and located in Atrauli, Uttar Pradesh, RK Agroexport Private Limited specializes in manufacturing and exporting high-quality value-added chicory products such as Chicory Powder, Instant Chicory Powder, Liquid Chicory, Roasted Chicory Extract, Dried Chicory Cubes, Roasted Chicory Cubes and Roasted Chicory Grains. Additionally, the company offers various coffee products including Spray Dried Instant Coffee Powder, Agglomerated Instant Coffee (pure and chicory blended), and Freeze Dried Coffee. Holding a 2 Star Export House Status from the Ministry of Commerce, RK Agroexport currently exports to 24 countries across six continents, with an annual turnover of 120 crore INR and plans to double this in the next two years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare all pre-export shipment documentation such as export orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with shipping lines to secure cargo space and organize transportation for exports.
- Ensure the timely submission of documentation required for letter of credit (LC) openings and amendments with banks.
- Track shipment progress from factory to port while ensuring adherence to Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) regulations.
- Keep meticulous records of every export transaction.
- Manage the filing and acquisition of various export certificates including Insurance, Health certificates, Certificates of Origin (preferential and non-preferential), and Phyto Sanitary Certificates.
