Role Overview
Max Grow Consulting is seeking seasoned Recruitment Consultants / Recruiters to work remotely from Tamil Nadu. This role is intended for candidates who have already worked in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency, staffing firm, or executive search environment.
Important Eligibility Notes
This opening is strictly for professionals with recruitment consultancy experience. Candidates from corporate HR generalist backgrounds will not be considered, and freshers are not eligible. Applicants without prior experience in a recruitment consultancy setup should not apply.
Work Location and Language Requirement
The position is fully work-from-home, with Tamil Nadu as the preferred location. Tamil language proficiency is mandatory, along with the ability to communicate well in English.

Key Responsibilities
The recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to closure, coordinate interviews, keep candidate pipelines active, and maintain timely follow-ups. The role also involves handling multiple client openings at once, preparing recruitment trackers, and building strong talent pools for future hiring needs.
