Key Responsibilities

• Leverage various sales tactics such as calls, emails, networking events, client visits, and social media to generate new business prospects and identify legal hiring candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and candidates at local, regional, and national levels for direct hire and executive placements.

Desired Qualifications

• Located preferably in Ohio, Tennessee (Nashville), Illinois (Chicago), or within the Midwest region.
• Strong business sense coupled with excellent customer service aptitude.
• Outstanding skills in business development and communication, with problem-solving capabilities.
• At least two years of recruiting experience, ideally in executive search within the legal sector.
• Prior sales experience considered an asset.
• Enthusiasm for fostering remarkable experiences aligned with company values and a commitment to inclusion and belonging.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
