Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Executive Recruiter will engage regularly with various internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, interview panel members, and HR teams to facilitate recruitment efforts. Key duties involve collecting hiring requirements, providing updates on recruitment progress, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, aiding hiring decisions, and negotiating offers. The role demands excellent stakeholder management to foster relationships, influence outcomes, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-caliber, diverse executive candidates to assess qualifications is critical. The recruiter conducts comprehensive candidate interviews tailored to specific business needs and acts as a strategic advisor throughout the offer process, including negotiation of executive compensation packages. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for executive positions, ensuring a positive candidate journey for all participants, and collaborating closely with HR business partners and senior leadership are essential duties.
Maintaining consistent communication and relationships throughout recruitment ensures all parties are informed. Long-term talent pipelines are developed through connections with external candidates and industry contacts. The recruiter stays informed on market intelligence relevant to Capgemini’s talent needs and leverages strategic initiatives to enrich talent acquisition. Leading special projects and collaborating with peers to reinforce leadership messages and address complex challenges is also expected.
Skills and Requirements
- Full lifecycle recruitment expertise.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation delivery.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies such as Workday is preferred.
