Executive, Limits Monitoring

About the Role

RHB Singapore is looking for a driven Executive to join the Limits Monitoring Team. The successful candidate will manage daily operational activities including limits activation, updates, and monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timelines are met while collaborating closely with various business units. This position also focuses on supporting improvements in processes and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks such as activating limits, maintaining them, and updating static data.
• Monitor limits diligently to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all duties are executed accurately within agreed deadlines.
• Identify and reduce operational risks to prevent financial losses.
• Contribute to projects aiming to boost productivity, enhance operational efficiency, and manage costs effectively.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking operations, limits monitoring, or similar areas is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective planning and organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proactively motivated with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and operational risk management is an advantage.
