Role Overview
The Executive Coach will collaborate closely with senior leaders and executives, enhancing their leadership and strategic skills. Responsibilities include leadership development, refining communication skills, assisting with decision-making and team management, and supporting strategic planning, succession planning, and board relations. Coaches also help clients gain proficiency in AI fundamentals, AI strategies, and AI automation, which are becoming vital for executive decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess hands-on executive or C-suite leadership experience, prior coaching or mentoring background, and employ a clear, structured method to guide leaders through complex organizational challenges.
