Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director by efficiently managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans.
- Handle communications, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential documents with discretion.
- Facilitate coordination across various functional teams, monitor priorities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar executive support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage travel arrangements, calendar management, and appointment scheduling effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Graduate degree required.
