Role Overview

The Events Technical Team Member is a full-time position based on-site in Dammam, tasked with aiding the execution and planning of top-quality events for Talentara Group and its clientele. The role involves setting up, operating, and ensuring the function of audio, visual, and lighting equipment throughout all phases of events. Daily duties include collaborating with event planners and vendors, testing and troubleshooting equipment, managing technical operations during live events, and assisting with stage setups and transitions.

Responsibilities

The role includes coordinating technical requirements with event organizers, maintaining an inventory and documentation of all equipment, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and contributing to ongoing enhancements in event production workflow.

Qualifications

• Competence in audio-visual system setup and operation, such as sound systems, projectors, screens, and microphones.
• Proficiency in lighting arrangement, stage setup, and basic rigging for small to medium-scale events.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, maintain equipment, and comply with safety protocols.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with event planners, clients, and external service providers.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities suited for dynamic live event environments.
• Prior experience in event production, AV technical support, or related conference/corporate event roles is advantageous.
• Possession of a diploma or degree in event management, media technology, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
