About the Role
Meril Life Sciences is seeking a proficient Event Specialist to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position involves full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events both domestically and internationally, ensuring alignment with the organization's brand values, culture, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will independently manage all phases of event delivery without supervision, overseeing multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Proficiency in using event management consoles, audio-visual equipment, lighting, music production, and technical event setups is essential. Handling event logistics including travel arrangements such as flight bookings and visa processes is advantageous.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience managing domestic and international events.
- Graduate qualification is required.
- Experience in console, lighting, music, and event production is mandatory.
- Residing in Mumbai is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations.
