Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Developer to deploy and tailor ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs. Candidates should possess experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure various ERPNext modules.
Customize workflows and streamline business processes.
Develop and manage system integrations.
Design reports, create dashboards, and prepare print formats.
Analyze client requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing support.
Ensure system stability and optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues; optimize operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

In-depth understanding of ERP concepts and organizational processes.
Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules such as Accounts, CRM, HR, and Inventory.
Proficiency in Python programming and the Frappe Framework.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects.
Comprehensive understanding of business workflows.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
At least 3 years of practical experience in ERPNext development.
Awareness of cloud computing environments.
