Role Overview
BuildOwn Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an ERP Coordinator to manage the rollout and ongoing administration of its ERP platform. The position is based in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Work Location and Experience
This is an onsite role in Kochi, Kerala, India. The expected background is at least 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the software vendor and internal stakeholders to drive ERP implementation.
- Collect business needs, coordinate activities, and keep track of project milestones.
- Assist with migration of data, system testing, employee training, and go-live support.
- Maintain stable ERP operations and help improve internal processes over time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience handling ERP implementation or coordination, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Good grasp of construction and real estate business workflows, along with ERP-related processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid project coordination ability.
Compensation
The salary offered is INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
