About the Role

This position focuses on providing exceptional client care by maintaining regular communication with clients, helping them adjust their life insurance coverage as needed, and supporting them when they use their policies. You will work virtually with clients who have expressed interest in life insurance and financial protection options. There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or recruiting involved. Comprehensive training and licensing assistance will be provided to all new hires.

• Tailor coverage plans to fit each client’s specific needs and budget considerations
• Guide clients through the insurance application process

Compensation Details

• Initial contract sales usually yield between 600 and 800 dollars
• Performance-based pay includes the opportunity for a 5% raise every 2 to 3 months
• There are no sales quotas imposed
• Payments are entirely commission-based and linked directly to agent performance; these figures represent averages for active personnel
