Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to detect vehicles parked without correct payment or authorization
- Issue citations to vehicles violating parking regulations at the location
- Perform lot inspections and vehicle counts at scheduled times and locations
- Accurately log and input violation data into designated systems
- Report incidents, accidents, or safety-related issues promptly to supervisors
- Manage time effectively and produce thorough reports
- Observe and report equipment conditions needing maintenance or repair
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers, clients, and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for insurance requirements
- Holder of a valid driver’s license with over three years of driving experience
- No major traffic violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) within the last seven years
- Maximum of two minor infractions (such as speeding or accidents) in the previous year
- No license suspensions in the past three years
- Comfortable using computer systems and mobile applications
- Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends and late evenings
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for entire shifts
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
