Role overview

CHA Consulting, Inc. is hiring an EMR Technician II to join its Asset Management team in Carlow, Ireland. This role centers on collecting accurate asset information in the field, translating observations into reliable records, and helping maintain systems that support maintenance, compliance, and operational decision-making.

The position is well suited to someone who enjoys practical site work, careful documentation, and working with technical teams to improve data quality and asset visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out detailed walkdowns of client sites to verify equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and related asset details.
• Create and place equipment and instrumentation labels according to project requirements and client standards.
• Help maintain Master Asset Listings and project spreadsheets in CMMS and CCMS environments.
• Take part in team meetings and share updates that support accurate documentation and project delivery.
• Review work completed by junior team members to ensure asset and maintenance records are complete and accurate.
• Support stockroom and inventory activities, including equipment organization and coordination with vendors for spare parts and related items.

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills with a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based working tools.
• Willingness to learn, adjust, and assist across technical project settings.
• Strong organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, BlueMountain, or Maximo is preferred.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.
• Ability to satisfy client site-specific requirements and travel locally when needed.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
