Role Overview

Located at the Ipswich site, this full-time position involves supporting participants within the Workforce Australia program to overcome employment barriers and successfully enter the workforce. The role entails managing a substantial caseload of job seekers, engaging directly with those ready to work, and collaborating with employers to find sustainable employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large caseload of job seekers effectively.
  • Engage with 'work ready' candidates to secure lasting employment outcomes, including proactive marketing to potential employers.
  • Identify and address obstacles preventing job readiness among participants.
  • Equip participants with necessary skills and confidence to join the workforce.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and maintain resilience to achieve maximum employment success.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Confident self-starter with a trustworthy nature focused on achieving meaningful results and solving problems.
  • Adaptability to dynamic and challenging situations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business KPIs and targets.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
