This position ensures consistent scheduling standards, enables contractors and Construction Managers to deliver projects safely and on time, and offers executive-level insights into schedule health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously refine the EMEA Schedule Specification, including Work Breakdown Structures, milestone definitions, credit rules, activity coding, calendars, progress measurement, schedule quality, baseline requirements, and update protocols.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with scheduling standards via audits, logic reviews, critical path verification, float analyses, and maturity checks.
  • Collaborate with General Contractors, scheduling consultants, and Construction Managers to enhance schedule uniformity and quality across all projects.
  • Analyze contractor schedules to evaluate dependencies, sequencing, constraints, and risks while ensuring adherence to regional scheduling norms.
  • Manage schedule risk by supporting recovery plans, delay analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Define and monitor schedule KPIs, leading the development of a cohesive project controls framework alongside cost, risk, commissioning, and business intelligence teams.
  • Provide scheduling guidance throughout project planning and execution phases, addressing scope changes, procurement risks, sequencing, and contingency planning.
  • Champion digital transformation through the deployment and enhancement of scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Procore, improving data quality for reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, coaching programs, and guidance documentation to strengthen regional scheduling capabilities among internal teams and contractors.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction, project management, or delivery of data centers, mission-critical, or industrial/manufacturing facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a closely related technical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated competence in negotiating and managing vendors, contractors, and subcontractors within construction projects.
  • Experience utilizing financial KPIs to assess project status and communicating findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to present complex information and influence executive decisions effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of scheduling methodologies including Critical Path Method, risk analysis, contingency management, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Experience conducting schedule reviews to enhance contractor compliance and project delivery quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience specific to data centers or critical infrastructure development.
  • Expertise in developing regional or enterprise-level scheduling governance and controls frameworks.
  • Prior implementation and management of Primavera P6 Enterprise, Procore Scheduling, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics and portfolio reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule performance metrics, and forecasting methods.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale continuous improvement initiatives across diverse regions.
  • Ability to design scalable scheduling processes suitable for expansive organizational environments.
