Position overview
The Electrical Technician role focuses on overseeing and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) as well as the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The work is carried out under the guidance of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose technical faults, validate reported issues, and work through escalated problems to identify the actual cause.
- Handle fundamental tasks related to air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, especially within busy commercial buildings and warehouses.
- Carry out BMS panel work and field device termination with hands-on experience.
- Participate in BMS testing and commissioning activities.
- Work closely with MEP teams and third-party vendors to support all maintenance-related activities.
- Interpret BMS drawings, including layouts for piping, ducting, containment, and other MEP installation elements.
- Perform site checks and verification as needed.
- Suggest process, method, and system improvements where applicable.
- Guide the team in following local safety regulations and site safety practices.

Location: Saudi Arabia. Employment is full-time and on-site.
