- Produce precise financial summaries, cost reviews, and variance analysis for management and project stakeholders.
- Work with project teams to examine contracts, variation orders, and related documents to keep cost objectives aligned.
- Assess project risks and their financial impact, then recommend measures to reduce exposure.

- A demonstrated history of handling cost control successfully on large infrastructure assignments, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong command of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Hands-on background in site supervision and construction management within a consultancy setting.
- Working knowledge of project tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, along with cost systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with varied stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Sharp analytical ability, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying savings and improving efficiency.
- Excellent English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency would be an added advantage.
