Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control the scope, scheduling, quality assurance, and timely delivery of construction projects.
• Lead pre-construction discussions involving clients, contractors, engineers, and architects to align project goals.
• Develop detailed construction schedules for ongoing projects.
• Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical equipment and bus duct systems.
• Manage fire fighting systems including sprinklers and fire hydrants, both internal and external, ensuring proper testing and handover.
• Supervise testing and handover of low voltage systems such as FAPA, CCTV, and VDP.
• Coordinate installation of 15 and 20 passenger elevators with machine rooms.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of STP, UGR, OHT, and pump house facilities.
• Ensure ventilation systems are properly tested, commissioned, and handed over.
• Manage stack parking systems through testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Oversee CP sanitary fixings installation including testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Supervise rainwater harvesting system testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Lead a team including store housekeeping, security, and electricians, facilitating online meetings twice weekly with cluster facility members.
• Maintain a zonal report tracker and MIS for AMC bill processing and payment tracking across 101 stores.
• Adhere to budget targets and strategically align operations to meet financial goals.
• Monitor power and fuel consumption, repair and maintenance costs, and manpower management, achieving savings of 713,000 INR against the year-to-date budget for 2023-24.
• Ensure preventive maintenance for equipment such as UPS, inverters, lighting, HVAC, and fire detection systems to minimize repair expenses.
• Promote hygiene and workplace safety to maintain cleanliness and safety standards across stores, fun zones, offices, and warehouses, reducing the risk of incidents.
• Maintain green audit scores above zone average and manage renewal of licenses including Fire NOC, CLRA, trade licenses, and more.
• Maintain commercial audit compliance with 100% administration and 94% statutory compliance.
• Coordinate vendor creation, process payments including AMC bills, repair work invoices, rent & CAM charges, and keep payment status updated within SAP.
• Conduct safety training programs covering emergency response, fire drills, first aid, and road safety for store staff.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering.
