Role Overview

As a Kérastase Educator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the expertise and performance of our salon partners. Reporting directly to the National Education Manager, your mission is to inspire and empower hairstyling professionals via top-tier training focused on Kérastase's premium products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, ranging from academy courses to salon-based product demonstrations, ensuring our partners stay ahead of hair trends.
• Work in partnership with Business Consultants to design and implement customized education strategies that boost salon retail and service income.
• Serve as a vibrant brand ambassador by organizing educational events and brand animations that showcase Kérastase's luxury and innovation.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with salon partners, offering expert guidance and coaching to foster business growth.
