About the Role
Tech Mindguru is seeking a motivated and confident individual for the position of Educational Counsellor based at our Rohini office in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, providing comprehensive guidance on courses and facilitating inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students regarding educational courses and opportunities.
- Manage incoming inquiry calls and conduct follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Convert leads into enrollments and keep accurate records of interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Proficient English speaking abilities.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
