Role Overview
We are seeking female Academic Counsellors to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently, understand customer needs, and provide clear information. This role requires the ability to engage on calls for extended periods. The position offers a promising opportunity for fresh graduates aiming to establish a career in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and effectively.
- Identify and understand the needs and requirements of customers.
- Provide clear and precise information to customers as needed.
- Maintain professional communication throughout extended phone conversations.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be female and have completed a graduate degree.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Work Schedule and Conditions
- Full-time role with shift hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Workweek consists of 6 days, Monday through Saturday.
Compensation and Job Openings
- Salary range starts from ₹10,000 and can go up to ₹20,000 depending on interview performance and experience.
- There are 5 immediate openings exclusively for female candidates.
