Ecommerce Specialist

About the Role

Sawaya Group is looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Specialist to lead and enhance the company's commercial activities on prominent marketplaces Noon and Amazon. This role is based out of our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates and involves hands-on management of online seller and vendor accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine all aspects of the company's seller and vendor accounts on Noon and Amazon.
• Administer product listings, pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and synchronize inventory seamlessly across platforms.
• Track and maintain account health and performance in full compliance with marketplace policies.
• Utilize sales analytics and marketplace data to drive informed strategic decisions and increase revenue streams.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to synchronize promotional efforts with stock levels and organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of marketplace updates, industry trends, and competitor activities specifically within the beauty and cosmetics market segment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background managing accounts on Noon and/or Amazon, ideally in the FMCG sectors of cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at leveraging marketplace reporting and performance measurement tools.
• Technical proficiency including familiarity with e-commerce platforms built on Odoo.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Resident in the UAE with the capacity to commit to full-time, office-based work.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are considered a significant advantage.
