Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce logistics activities including fulfilment, transportation, returns, and carrier management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the liaison linking warehouses, carriers, 3PL partners, customer service, account management, finance, and other stakeholders for effective order dispatch and issue resolution.
  • Support the E-Commerce Logistics Manager by handling operational tasks, allowing focus on strategic logistics initiatives and optimization.
  • Maintain awareness of shipment tracking and logistics systems, monitor carrier performance, and promptly escalate and resolve operational risks or delays.
  • Oversee inbound and reverse logistics including coordination with suppliers and management of returns processes.
  • Manage logistics data integrity in TMS, WMS, ERP, and carrier platforms, and generate comprehensive KPI and operational reports.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, and cost analysis in partnership with finance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting automation, system enhancements, and AI tool integration to boost operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners, providing timely updates on shipment statuses and logistical challenges.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, transportation, or e-commerce operations.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with carriers, freight services, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in logistics management software such as TMS, WMS, ERP or equivalent systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills including use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with effective problem-solving aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Educational background including a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like CILT, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma are considered beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior involvement in e-commerce, retail, distribution, or fulfilment environments.
  • Experience in logistics KPIs and performance reporting.
