About the Company
We are a prominent organization in the clothing and apparel sector dedicated to delivering superior products alongside outstanding customer service. Currently, we seek a proactive Ecommerce Executive to oversee and enhance our online product listings and catalog.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and sustain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and organize the product catalog, ensuring all product details are precise and current.
- Apply advanced Excel techniques to analyze sales trends and inventory data, aiding in listing optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance product visibility and coordinate promotions effectively.
- Maintain high-quality standards for product images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Address customer inquiries related to product listings to provide excellent service.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience working in e-commerce, preferably within the clothing or apparel industry.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices concerning product listings.
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
