E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent E-commerce Operations Executive to oversee and manage product listings, customer orders, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms. The role demands attention to detail to ensure products are accurately represented and customer satisfaction is maintained through efficient order processing and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including adjustments to pricing, images, and product descriptions.
• Oversee order processing from placement through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory tracking and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages.
• Manage returns, refunds, replacements, and address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor seller account health and guarantee adherence to platform policies and compliance standards.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure shipments are dispatched and delivered on schedule.
• Produce comprehensive reports related to sales, inventory, and performance utilizing Excel tools.
• Address operational challenges proactively to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple marketplaces and processes.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with logistics partners and handling customer interactions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, compliance, and account performance metrics.

Compensation and Work Location

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 22000 INR. It is based in the Delhi-NCR region, requiring on-site presence.
