Overview
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Executive based in Vadodara to lead and enhance our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, driving sales growth, and overseeing day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee full Amazon account management including product listing development and optimization, ensuring A+ Content uploads, and maximizing product discoverability through SEO methods.
- Resolve listing discrepancies and account problems, and maintain communication with Amazon seller support via chat, calls, and emails.
- Design and administer Amazon advertising strategies such as PPC and sponsored campaigns; continually monitor expenditures to increase return on investment and elevate sales visibility.
- Organize and drive promotional activities including deals, coupon offerings, and sales campaigns while tracking their effectiveness to maximize impact.
- Identify and pursue expansion prospects on other e-commerce platforms, supporting multi-marketplace growth.
- Manage customer service queries including handling complaints, returns, and refund requests with professionalism.
- Prepare timely reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and competitor activity; provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
Required Experience and Skills
- Possess 5 to 6 years of practical experience in e-commerce, especially Amazon Seller Central management.
- Proficient in creating and optimizing product listings, managing Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC campaign management and sales promotion execution.
- Adept at e-commerce analytics, reporting, and advanced MS Excel usage.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and bilingual communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
- Detail-oriented, excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
