Job description
Overview
Vyapower Enterprises is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join their team, focused on handling operations for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. This position is full-time and requires working from the company office in Trilokpuri, East Delhi. The office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product listings across Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
- Manage new product listings, variations, and perform bulk uploads using Excel.
- Oversee Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF processes including related operational tasks.
- Maintain detailed SKU-wise inventory, purchase records, and manufacturing data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor stock movements, returns, and resolve marketplace operational challenges.
- Coordinate with tailors and vendors to ensure timely production and stock availability.
- Review and address notifications, listing errors, and catalog discrepancies on Seller Central and Seller Hub.
- Optimize product listings by refining titles, bullet points, keywords, and content to improve visibility and sales.
- Provide support for daily e-commerce backend activities and operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is essential.
- Proven expertise in product listing, catalog management, and marketplace operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, filters, and managing multiple sheets.
- Familiarity with SKU management, inventory control, HSN codes, GST, and overall marketplace procedures.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills to ensure effective coordination with stakeholders.
Additional Details
The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience working with Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. Candidates without practical knowledge of seller operations on these platforms are advised not to apply. This role strictly requires physical presence at the Trilokpuri office and adherence to the specified working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000 per month.
