E-commerce and Digital Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy E-commerce and Digital Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our online retail presence. This role involves full responsibility for managing our digital sales channels on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, along with converting inquiries from digital B2B sources like IndiaMART, Justdial, and Instagram into confirmed sales.

Core Duties

• Promptly respond within 15 minutes to incoming leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and Instagram during business hours.
• Engage with prospective business customers, comprehend their needs, share digital catalogs and pricing information, and consistently follow up to secure sales.
• Accurately prepare order sheets for finalized sales and coordinate the handover to the internal accounts team for billing and dispatch processing.
• Manage e-commerce seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart to maintain a 'Healthy' status by monitoring performance indicators such as Order Defect Rate (ODR) and late dispatches.
• Maintain precise and updated product listings, with high-quality images and optimized descriptions, plus daily inventory updates to avoid stockouts.
• Oversee the daily receipt of marketplace orders and collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely packaging and shipping documentation.

Performance Metrics

• Keep lead response times under 15 minutes during working hours.
• Achieve predefined conversion rate targets turning digital inquiries into sales.
• Maintain account performance metrics within acceptable ranges to maximize product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
