About the Role
Shiv Enterprise seeks a dependable and meticulous E-Commerce Assistant to support the management of our online store based in Surat, Gujarat. This position offers an opportunity to engage in organized, practical tasks and gain insight into the behind-the-scenes functions of an online business.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing new products on the online store by creating simple descriptions, setting prices, and uploading images.
- Ensuring customer orders are carefully packaged to guarantee safe delivery and present a neat appearance.
- Preparing and affixing shipping labels accurately, verifying addresses to ensure orders reach the correct recipients.
Candidate Profile
- Attention to detail, such as verifying shipping information and neatness in packaging.
- Basic proficiency with computers or smartphones for typing product listings and printing labels.
- Reliability and a preference for maintaining an organized workspace and punctual attendance.
- No prior experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided for motivated applicants.
Compensation and Work Details
This role offers a monthly salary between 8000 and 12000 INR. The position is based onsite in Surat, Gujarat, India.
