Overview
Aquania E-commerce Agency is seeking an E-commerce Account Management Executive to support and grow clients' online business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The role involves managing multiple seller accounts, optimizing listings, and ensuring smooth operation of e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho platforms.
- Create and enhance new product listings, including titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Handle order processing, returns, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock updates.
- Manage product pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Monitor basic advertising campaigns aimed at boosting sales.
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients regarding their accounts.
- Ensure account health and adhere to platform policy compliance.
- Update daily reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of 12th grade or graduate-level education.
- Fundamental knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho Seller Panels.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and responsible, detail-focused approach.
- Previous e-commerce experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Working Conditions
- Workdays: Monday through Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Job type: Full-time position based at the office.
- Location: Loni, Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
