Role Summary

This remote, full-time position is for an E-Billing Specialist who will oversee invoice processing, submit bills, check that all client billing rules are followed, handle discrepancies, and assist clients as needed. The job also involves working closely with internal teams, keeping records accurate, and maintaining clear communication so billing activities run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-billing or legal billing is required.
• Working knowledge of e-billing systems such as TyMetrix 360 (T360), Legal Tracker, Collaborati, Legal-X, and Legal Exchange is expected.
• Experience using tools like eHub and BillBlast, along with billing platforms such as Aderant, will be valuable.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including data management, basic formulas, and reporting, is needed.
• The role calls for strong written and spoken communication skills.
• You should be able to manage client rejections and work through billing issues effectively.
• Direct communication with clients and attorneys should be comfortable and professional.
