Role overview
OCEAN WHALES MARITIME LTD is hiring a Documentation & Customer Relations Officer to support shipping documentation and client-facing coordination at its Port Harcourt, Rivers State office.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, English, or another closely related field.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required in shipping documentation, freight forwarding, customer service, or logistics operations.
Technical knowledge
Candidates must be familiar with Bills of Lading, shipping paperwork, and customs-related documentation.
Interpersonal skills
Strong communication ability and excellent people skills are essential for success in this role.
