About the Role

Become a part of our expanding team as a full-time dispatcher, responsible for organizing efficient delivery routes for our drivers. The role offers a starting hourly wage between 19.85 and 22.25 CAD, depending on your experience, along with immediate access to benefits, paid time off, and more.

Key Duties

• Create optimal driving routes and allocate deliveries to drivers according to location and priority.
• Monitor and ensure drivers log delivery times accurately using the delivery management system.
• Oversee tracking metrics within the delivery management module.
• Verify orders are accurate and ready to be shipped.
• Pick and pack orders by retrieving required parts from store inventory and preparing them for shipment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly solve problems, make decisions, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in dispatching is considered an asset.

About the Division

The Auto Parts Division specializes in selling, distributing, and marketing replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. It operates the largest Canadian network for vehicle replacement parts distribution, including well-known brands such as NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping (focusing on parts for imported vehicles), and CMAX (specializing in paint and body supplies). The division offers a variety of roles to match diverse skills and career goals.
