We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team at Harrys Seafood Bar & Grille located in Lakeland, FL. This part-time position involves maintaining cleanliness and managing kitchen supplies efficiently to support a hygienic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing duties along with cleaning of pots, kitchen equipment, and general kitchen areas.
• Store and rotate food and supplies properly in line with sanitary standards.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning food storage, cleaning, and preparation processes.

Requirements

• Possession of a High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of practical experience in hospitality or a casual dining restaurant environment.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in confined spaces including bending and climbing when necessary.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
