About the Role
Join Anaplan as a Director of Solutions Consulting in Dubai, where you will lead a dynamic team driving innovative AI-powered scenario planning technologies for top global clients such as Coca-Cola, LinkedIn, and Adobe. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional strategy for the Solutions Consulting team aligned with EMEA and global objectives.
- Lead transformational initiatives to elevate operational performance and adaptability of the UAE Solutions Consulting team.
- Manage regional business operations, ensuring effective account alignment and team accountability to maximize impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to optimally distribute presales resources and adjust engagement tactics dynamically.
- Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a world-class team of up to eight professionals, fostering career development and retention.
- Establish strong relationships with strategic stakeholders, enhancing trust and credibility within key client and partner accounts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with SaaS application technologies.
- Expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems, preferably focused on FP&A or supply chain solutions.
- Proven leadership in presales environments managing diverse teams and multi-stakeholder sales scenarios, with regional management experience in the UAE or Middle East preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and manage transformational projects.
- Combination of strategic vision and practical execution, with a strong willingness to engage hands-on.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication in this region.
