Position Overview

The Director will lead the Puerto Rican Arts and Culture Center (PRACC) and Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA), guiding all artistic, administrative, and financial facets of the center. Terms and Benefits

This is a twelve-month contracted full-time position. The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, with the final salary, work hours, and employment year determined by the Board in consultation with the Lead Person.

Evaluation

Performance reviews will be conducted annually in accordance with state statutes and Board guidelines.

Reporting

The Director reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer.
