CEO Inc. is a boutique search firm based in the Charlotte area with over three decades of experience. The company specializes in supporting clients across multiple markets nationwide to find direct-hire talent. Currently, CEO Inc. is expanding beyond its well-established Manufacturing Industry practice by launching an Accounting and Finance division aimed at serving the Charlotte market.
Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on business development and recruitment within the Accounting and Finance sectors. The position requires a "hunter" mindset to proactively engage hiring managers and introduce exceptional candidates we represent.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage business development techniques and cold-calling skills to identify and connect with hiring managers, raising awareness of highly qualified candidates.
- Develop new client relationships while also utilizing longstanding connections within the Manufacturing market in Charlotte.
- Use recruiting experience along with advanced sourcing tools to find, screen, and present top talent to prospective client companies.
- Handle both recruiting and sales activities, effectively managing candidate pipelines and client accounts.
- Potentially advance to a leadership role as the division grows and market presence is solidified.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an Executive Search or Staffing Firm environment.
- Intimate knowledge of the Charlotte and Southeastern US employment markets.
- Demonstrated success in Business Development roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
