About the Role and Company
This opportunity is for a Diploma Trainee based in Manjari, Pune, offered by a group company associated with Adroitre Energy. The role involves hands-on training and work in electrical and electronics product testing, with a focus on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Servo Drives, and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing procedures for VFDs, Servo Drives, and various electrical devices to ensure functionality and quality.
- Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing faults and assisting in resolving technical issues.
- Document test results thoroughly and maintain precise records to assist with quality assurance.
- Verify that all products comply with the established quality standards prior to shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and follow company-specific guidelines in daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or closely related technical fields.
- New graduates or individuals with experience up to 12 months are eligible.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuit principles.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeters.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle testing and troubleshooting tasks.
- Competency in MS Office applications at a fundamental level.
- Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and cooperating within a team environment.
