Digital Transformation Lead - Sourcing & Procurement

Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant within the Digital Transformation Services team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing digital solutions tailored to sourcing and procurement functions. You will manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from proposal development through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design innovative digital transformation proposals for existing clients and new Request for Proposals.
• Set up and maintain governance structures involving both internal teams and external stakeholders, actively monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead large, complex digital transformation initiatives in the sourcing and procurement domain.
• Perform comprehensive process assessments to identify digital enhancement opportunities and champion approved project implementations within set deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and functional managers to conceive and deliver technology solutions addressing business challenges.
• Manage multiple parallel projects, prioritize based on impact, convey benefits to stakeholders, evaluate pilot outcomes, secure client security approvals, and prepare comprehensive solution documentation.

Required Expertise

• Strong problem-solving and consulting capabilities coupled with solid business insight and analytical skills.
• Experience leading digital strategy projects for Source-to-Pay clients, leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud computing, Blockchain, Social media, and Mobility solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in Source-to-Pay operations, particularly sourcing, procurement, and procure-to-pay processes.
