Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Digital Sales & Support Representative who will work remotely to assist customers during their shopping journey, while actively supporting sales targets and fostering customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions across multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and SMS, delivering responses with clarity and professionalism.
• Support sales efforts by recommending products, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and advising customers on purchase decisions.
• Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds promptly and accurately.
• Represent each brand with personalized service that aligns with their voice, values, and quality standards.
• Record valuable customer feedback to help enhance the customer experience and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor trends, evaluate performance, and find ways to improve the customer journey.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience working remotely or online in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias is advantageous.
• Able to remain composed under pressure and effectively multitask in a fast-moving remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and focused on delivering solutions.

Technical Requirements

• A personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.
• Quiet and professional workspace suitable for phone calls.
