Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive skilled in social media and performance marketing. The role requires managing graphic design, content planning, and paid advertising to enhance brand growth across various platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google with a focus on lead generation.
- Monitor campaign metrics, measure return on investment, and adjust budgets to maximize effectiveness.
- Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance weekly and monthly.
- Handle multiple social media profiles including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Threads, ensuring consistent scheduling and publication.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and employ them strategically to boost engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars tailored for various brands and coordinate with marketing teams for execution.
- Design attractive social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and other marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator, while preserving brand identity across all materials.
- Produce compelling captions and advertising copy that align with audience interests and drive interaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Creative graphic design capabilities with strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator.
- Capacity to independently manage monthly content schedules and multi-brand projects.
- Excellent communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Keen interest in evolving digital marketing trends and AI marketing tools.
Preferred Credentials
- Google Ads certification.
- Basic video editing skills.
