Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize SEO-friendly content including blog posts, website pages, and social media text, ensuring all output aligns with marketing quality standards (35%).
• Maintain and update WordPress websites by managing themes, plugins, navigation menus, pages, and widgets; familiarity with WIX or Squarespace is advantageous (35%).
• Design marketing visuals utilizing Canva and leverage Google Analytics along with AI tools to enhance SEO efforts and streamline workflows.
• Manage social media accounts by drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok; support daily engagement and content planning (20%).
• Assist clients with digital marketing services to ensure satisfaction (10%).
• Support team development through mentorship and sharing expertise.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Canadian work authorization is required.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience working with WordPress.
• A background or strong interest in marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across diverse content formats such as blogs, webpages, press releases, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Experienced with Canva and possess a keen sense for design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
