About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and proactive Digital Marketing and Content Creator to join our team located in Business Bay, Dubai. This role focuses on marketing within the Dubai real estate sector, targeting lead generation and engaging content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content tailored for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Craft compelling captions and marketing messages to enhance brand visibility.
• Produce and edit high-quality property videos and reels to capture audience interest.
• Design creative visuals and manage posting schedules across social networks.
• Oversee social media pages and maintain an organized content calendar.
• Drive lead acquisition via strategic digital marketing initiatives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Dubai's real estate market.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically in marketing Dubai real estate.
• Proficient in content creation encompassing video shooting, editing, and graphic design.
• Excellent communication and content writing abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and overall social media marketing techniques is advantageous.

Location: Dubai, UAE - Business Bay area. Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.

Compensation
