Digital Graphic Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Digital Graphic Designer to embody and advance NEMBHARAT's visual branding. This role includes crafting impactful graphics across digital and print media, collaborating closely with marketing and product divisions to develop on-brand, fresh, and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual materials for social media posts, digital advertising campaigns, and website banners.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create motion graphics and short animated videos for social media platforms.
• Maintain and constantly improve the NEMBHARAT brand design system.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visual elements align with campaign objectives.
• Design email templates, newsletters, and various digital advertisements.
• Ensure uniform application of brand guidelines across all created materials.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience using motion graphics software such as After Effects, Canva, or equivalents.
• A strong portfolio displaying a breadth and high quality of design projects.
• Sound understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience in video editing software like Premiere Pro or comparable applications.
• Background in brand identity and branding projects.
