Role Overview
The company is seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join its Health Agency vertical in Dehradun as Development/Relationship Managers, to bolster sales operations through agency channels and help build a strong team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents and advisors engaged in the health agency division.
- Driving sales growth and meeting targets via the agency channel.
- Encouraging and motivating team members to achieve set sales objectives.
- Conducting regular meetings and reviewing performance metrics effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
- Minimum of one year field sales experience, preferably in insurance or marketing roles.
- Strong communication and leadership qualities are essential.
